VP+ - VisionPak-Plus Level-One of the VisionPak Tool Sets
Overview: VisionPak-Plus [VP+] is the first-level expansion of the basic GoldVisionPro features. This expansion adds Intelli-Group, and a variety of Intelli-Utilities for file manipulation and indexing items, enabling Administrators to view, manage and create reports of link information. The VisionPak-Plus tool Set is the prerequisite for the advanced-level VisionPak-Xtended expansion.
Intelli-Group:
Intelli-Group provides the connection for quickly and easily data mining your system for new marketing opportunities. It also facilitates managing time-sensitive correspondence.
Intelli-Group automatically creates a GoldMine Contact Group based on the links selected in the VisionPak tab, retrieved from any search criteria. This powerful feature enables you to use GoldVisionPro to search by any document information [e.g., "Thank you for purchasing xxxx"] and then immediately create a GoldMine Contact Group for the Contacts of those documents. These Contact Groups can be used for a wide variety of GoldMine activities/campaigns. All your document information now becomes a marketing tool for cross-selling!Intelli-Utilities
- Intelli-Link: auto-link files to any Contact displayed in the Link Center TreeView.
- Intelli-File: auto-create an archive index list in every stored file folder and
parent folder, as the file is being linked with GoldVisionPro.
- Intelli-Copy Suite:
- Copy Files + Archive List: auto-create an included archive list of link information, as files are copied to another location
- Copy Link Information: auto-create a report of all displayed links' information, for pasting to other locations [e.g., spreadsheet, e-mail, etc.]
- Copy File + Date: auto-append the File Create Date to the name of files with the same name when copied to antoher location [e.g., periodic reports]
- Intelli-Folder Suite: [facilitates assuring local folders match remote folders for synced files]
- Auto-Add Date Folders: auto-create date-range folder structures when any user logs into GoldVisionPro.
- Mass-Create Date-Folders: System Administrator tool to auto-create entire ranges of date folder strucures.
- Intelli-View: browse files in network folders, viewing their related link information, stored as file-tags
- Intelli-Validate: analyze all displayed links for ability to access their files, and create report.
